Two different metrics
A humanoid robot is evaluated partly by similarity to human form. A humanophilic robot is evaluated by usefulness, safety, accessibility, human control, and quality of life.
A humanoid platform can become humanophilic if its architecture protects agency. A non-humanoid device can be profoundly humanophilic if it anticipates needs without taking control.

- The preferred form is the least complex form that safely serves the real need.
